Each edition of Reflective Liberty is produced upon order to ensure quality and proper documentation of the limited edition record. Please allow for standard production and shipping details before your order is shipped. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided as soon as they are available — typically within 1–3 hours of dispatch and no later than 24 hours. For your convenience, we offer complimentary U.S. standard shipping included in the purchase price. The artwork is delivered unframed and carefully rolled in protective packaging. Additionally, the hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity is mailed separately to preserve its condition. Please review our damaged shipments policy for more information on handling any issues that may arise.
Due to the individually numbered and limited nature of this release, all sales are final, in accordance with our damaged shipments policy. Returns or exchanges based on preference, framing expectations, or change of mind are not available, as outlined in our limited edition shipping guidelines. Please note that edition numbers are permanently recorded and cannot be reassigned once issued, ensuring clarity in our production and shipping details.
If your print arrives damaged, please refer to our damaged shipments policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photographs of: • The exterior packaging • The interior packaging • The artwork itself. We will review eligible claims promptly and make replacement arrangements where appropriate, ensuring you are informed of all production and shipping details throughout the process, especially for our limited edition shipping.
